O blessed Martin, * whose righteous soul possesseth Paradise; whereat the Angels triumph, the Archangels are jubilant: thee the choir of Saints proclaimeth, the throng of Virgins inviteth, saying, Abide with us for ever.

Collect
O God, who seest that of our own strength we cannot stand upright: mercifully grant, at the prayer of blessed Martin, thy Confessor and Bishop, that we may be defended against all adversities. Through thy Son Jesus Christ our Lord, who with thee in the unity of the Holy Spirit, liveth and reigneth God, world without end.
