Versicle at Lauds Common
℣.Let the Saints be joyful with glory.
℟.Let them rejoice in their beds.
Collect
Grant, O Lord, that our prayers in this time of our rejoicing may be brought to good effect: that as with yearly service we recall the day of the passion of thy holy Martyrs, Euphemia, Lucy, and Geminian, so we may imitate the steadfastness of their faith. Through thy Son Jesus Christ our Lord, who with thee in the unity of the Holy Spirit, liveth and reigneth God, world without end.
℟.Amen.
